Trenton City Hall is looking for Zoning Board Members

The city of Trenton is currently searching for more Zoning Board members. Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. In-person Zoning Board meetings are returning in September. The Zoning Board Committe is composed of residents willing to volunteer their time for the good of the community. Typically the Zoning Board of Adjustments hears appeals from applicants based on the decisions/determinations or the enforcements of the Zoning Officer in relations to the City of Trenton Land Use Ordinance. Regular zoning board members are appointed to serve two to four years while alternates serve a two year term. City Hall is asking for those interested to submit a resume and a letter of interest to the Trenton City Clerk, Brandon Garcia at bgarcia@trentonnj.org

If selected to serve members will be required by the State of New Jersey to receive brief training in understanding Land Use rules and regulations. Trenton City hall encourages those with questions relating to Zoning Board positions and responsibilities to contact Ray Bucchi, zoning officer, at rbucchi@trentonnj.org
