High School Guidance Counselor Charged With Child Endangerment and  Aggravated Criminal Sexual Conduct

Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta D. Marbrey reported that an investigation by the Mercer  County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, the Lawrence Township Police Department, and the West Windsor Police Department has led to the arrest of a guidance counselor at Notre Dame  High School in Lawrence Township.

Antoine A. Hart, 53, of Lawrenceville, is charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact. He was arrested on April 15, 2026,  and is currently being held in the Mercer County Corrections Center pending a court appearance.

A 14-year-old Notre Dame High School student disclosed to police that earlier this month, Hart drove her to the Mercer County Community College campus in West Windsor, where he committed acts of sexual contact against her while in his vehicle. The investigation also revealed that Hart sent suggestive text messages to the victim.
