Apple Hosts: Video Lab for Kids: Making a Movie Trailer

Apple will host a Video Lab for kids and families this Friday, November 11, from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM. Families will get the chance to tap into their filming, editing, and teamwork skills as they create movie trailers to enjoy. Kids can brainstorm ideas, create storyboards, get hands-on experience capturing footage with an iPad, and collaborate with others to create exciting movie trailers using the iMovie application. This event will take place at the Quaker Bridge MallLawrence Township location.

The New Jersey State Museum Small Explorers Program

Have little ones interested in the deep blue sea? If so, the New Jersey State Museum will host its Small Explorers Program: Ocean and Sharks, this Saturday, November 12, where families will sit in for a reading of Leo Lionni’s “Swimmy,” explore the Shark exhibit, learn about other creatures in the ocean, make and check out the shark teeth. The registration is free for this program. Choose either the 9:45 am or the 11:00 am session; both will be in-person. To register, click the registration form. Painting with a Twist Hosts Peekaboo Penguin

This Saturday, November 12, Painting with a Twist will host a kids of all-ages painting event from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM. Art Class for 8-10-year-olds.

The Penelope Fox Art Studio will host an art class for kids between the ages of 8-10 on November 13, from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM. Participants will get to learn about the fundamentals of art techniques while stimulating their imagination and creative thinking. This class is an excellent introduction to art for every child. A Turkey Kids and Family Fun Day at Tumbles.

On November 12, there will be an open gym, dances, arts and crafts, and more at Tumbles Princeton. Some activities include obstacle courses, wheelbarrow races, the Turkey Trot, and the Tumble Zone. Trenton Cabaret

The Trenton Puerto Rican Community Association will host a Cabaret this Saturday, November 12, from 6:00 PM to midnight. “El Desfile Puertorriqueño, aka Puerto Rican Parade of Trenton,” is organized by the Trenton Puerto Rican Community every year, along with other festivals and events in Trenton to educate and celebrate the legacy and root of Puerto Rican culture. Live Music at Coopers Review: The Soul Cruisers

Are you looking for some soul this weekend? Terhune Winery Event

The historic apple orchard winery Terhune Wine hosts an event this Saturday, November 12, from 1:00 PM- 4:00 PM in Princeton, NJ.
