Breeze Airways Begins Service at Trenton-Mercer Airport

Mercer County welcomed Breeze Airways to Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) on Sunday, September 20, marking the start of the airline’s service with its inaugural flight between Charleston, South Carolina and Mercer County.
The inaugural Breeze Airways flight from Charleston International Airport (CHS) arrived at Trenton-Mercer Airport at approximately 4:00 p.m. Mercer County Executive Dan Benson was on-hand to greet passengers of the inaugural flight and to celebrate the launch of the new service.
“I’m excited to welcome travelers to and from Charleston on Breeze Airways’ first flights out of Trenton Mercer Airport,” said County Executive Benson. “With nonstop flights to three destinations, our partnership with Breeze helps us continue to bring affordable travel options that will further solidify Mercer County as an economic hub and tourist destination.”
Breeze Airways’ first departing flight from Trenton-Mercer Airport to Charleston took off at approximately 6:00 p.m., completing the airline’s inaugural day of service at TTN.

The new route provides nonstop service between Trenton-Mercer Airport and Charleston on Thursdays and Sundays. Breeze Airways is also expanding service from Trenton-Mercer Airport with nonstop flights to Vero Beach and Fort Myers, as well as one-stop BreezeThru service to Fort Lauderdale.
